Veal Chop : 4 - 6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 large cloves garlic, crushed

  • 2 tbsp dried sage

  • 2 tbsp dried rosemary

  • 2 tbsp dried thyme

  • Coarsely ground black pepper, to taste

  • 8  thick veal chops

  • Parsley sprigs for garnish (optional)

Preparation Method

1. Preheat the broiler.  In a small bowl, combine the garlic, sage rosemary, thyme, and pepper.  Mix well.

2. Coat both sides of the chops with the mixture and press the mixture into the chops with the palms of the hands.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. Broil the chops for about 4 minutes per side, and serve hot.  If desired, garnish with parsley sprigs.
