Roast Pork : 6 Servings
Ingredients
4 - 5 pounds pork roast (loin or shoulder)
1 large clove garlic, minced fine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Method
1. Preheat oven to 350oF. Wipe meat with damp cloth. Cut off edges and surplus fat.
2. Cut a small incision in meat and insert garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Place meat fat side up in roasting pan. Roast in 350oF oven. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes per pound. The meat should be grayish white.
