Hamburgers With Dill : 3 - 4 Servings
Ingredients
2 pounds ground round steak (or other suitable lower-fat cut)
1 tsp dried dill
2 tsp olive oil
Teriyaki sauce, salt, or salt substitute, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation Method
1. Combine the meat with the dill and divide into six equal burgers.
2. Heat the oil in a deep skillet set over medium heat until it becomes quite hot (about 2 to 3 minutes). Sprinkle teriyaki sauce or salt to taste on the bottom of the pan and add the burgers.
3. Sear both sides of the burgers, reduce the heat, and continue to cook until desired doneness (rare, medium, well-done). Sprinkle each burger with black pepper to taste.
