Sea Clam Dip : 2 - 4 Servings

Ingredient For Sea Clamp Dip

  • 2 cans minced clams (6 - 8 oz each, drained (or cooked equivalent)

  • 1 cup sour cream (or low-fat substitute)

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp salt (or salt substitute)

  • Cayenne pepper, to taste

  • Paprika for garnish (optional)

  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Preparation Method

1. Blend the drained clams, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper.

2. Place in a serving bowl and, if desired, garnish with a light sprinkling of paprika and parsley.
