Sea Clam Dip : 2 - 4 Servings
Ingredient For Sea Clamp Dip
2 cans minced clams (6 - 8 oz each, drained (or cooked equivalent)
1 cup sour cream (or low-fat substitute)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt (or salt substitute)
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Paprika for garnish (optional)
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Preparation Method
1. Blend the drained clams, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper.
2. Place in a serving bowl and, if desired, garnish with a light sprinkling of paprika and parsley.
