Green Salsa : makes about 1 cup

Ingredients For Green Salsa

  • 3 tbsp vinegar

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp prepared spicy mustard

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1 tbsp chopped scallion

  • 1 tbsp chopped spinach

  • 1 medium green or red pepper, finely diced

Preparation Method Fress Salsa

1. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, mustard, parsley, scallion, spinach, and green or red pepper.

2. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled before serving the green salsa.
