Deviled Eggs : 6 Servings
Ingredient For Deviled Eggs
12 eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
2 tbsp mild prepared mustard
2 tsp paprika
Preparation Method For Devil Egg
1. Hard-cook the eggs (10 minutes in boiling water), remove the shells, and slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out and mash the yolks. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed yolks with the mayonnaise, green pepper, and mustard.
2. When blended thoroughly, spoon the mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika and serve on a bed of lettuce befor e serving the devil egg
